Simply add or remove weight bars with a zippered bottom extended wrist opening for adding 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 weights per glove. Gloves weigh approximately 14 oz. and 16 oz. each before adding weights. Twelve weights are included, 6 per glove.
