- THE GREAT BELL - Elizabeth Tower, initially referred to as the Clock Tower, but more popularly known as Big Ben, was raised as a part of Charles Barry's design for a new Palace of Westminster, after the old palace was largely destroyed by fire on 16 October 1834.
- PROTOTYPE HISTORY - The Elizabeth Tower, the most recognizable part of Westminster Abbey and a symbol of London and the UK in general, has both cultural and technical value. One of the tallest clock towers in the world, with a height of 96 meters, was built in 1859. It has a unique clockwork that still works today and six bells, the main one weighing 13.7 tons and called Big Ben.

With the electronic clock mechanism, the clock shows real-time and is powered by batteries (not included), which can be easily replaced. In addition, “The Great Bell” can be turned into a table lamp or night light by placing an electrical light source such as an LED candle (not included) or another light source inside.
