There is no need to set the hot water temperature on the UltraHot Premium™. A patented system automatically senses and sets the highest possible boiling water temperature for any altitude. If a lower temperature is desired it can be easily be adjusted as low as 149°F. A sophisticated illuminated digital display accesses temperature settings, timer settings including night modes, and more. The heating element and tank are corrosion-resistant high-quality stainless steel designed and manufactured to be long-lived, hygienic, and prevent odors and off-taste. The extremely well-insulated tank reduces standby heat losses for lowest power consumption. Safety features include frost protection from freezing, and dry-fire detection to prevent burnout if no water is present.
